Returns Policy

Prints of Wales is a small, independent business built around original artwork and made to order items, which means we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind. That said, if something feels off with your order, please reach out. We genuinely appreciate your support and want you to feel confident buying from us.

What can be returned

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect you can ask about a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [insert email address]:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault

We’ll review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible. Refunds will exclude delivery costs. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions and cover reasonable return postage costs. Please don't return any items without discussing with us first. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

What can't be returned

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or items damaged through misuse or improper care. Please refer to product descriptions, size guides, and images before purchasing. If you have questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help.
